HOW TO VISIT YOUR BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS VALLEY PROPERTY
You must visit your lot before you make a purchase!
You will find your lot on your own using Google Maps.
We provide the LAT/LONG coordinates for every lot. This makes it very easy to use Google Maps to pinpoint your destination.
Every parcel of land and any home location in the world has a unique global position represented by a set of numbers. These numbers are called Latitude and Longitude.
We provide the Latitude and Longitude for every lot we sell. This allows you to find the corners of the property and the survey stakes. This will let you know you are on the correct parcel.
Having the Latitude and Longitude also enables any smart phone or mobile device to provide accurate directions to any of our parcels.

In order to proceed, you will need to find and open the Maps application that is installed on your phone or mobile device.
Can’t find your Maps application? Install Google Maps for FREE from iTunes (iphone & ipad) or the Play Store (android)
Please follow these steps to get your course plotted on your mobile device.
BEFORE YOU GET IN YOUR CAR TO GO TO CHRISTMAS VALLEY DO THE FOLLOWING IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME.
On this website click on the menu item on the top of any page that says INVENTORY. Choose your parcel size. Note the parcel number that you want to view. The parcel number is the number found in the far left column. All parcels that are shaded in gray are SOLD and not available
Click on the parcel number of an UNSOLD parcel and a map will appear with that parcel outlined on it.
Easy isn’t it?Now click on the “GEO MAP” label at the top of the same page. Four sets of numbers will come up.
These are your longitude and latitude numbers that allow you to find each corner of your parcel.
Write down at least one set of numbers now.
1) Find the Latitude and Longitude of your lot
From the instructions above, you will need the Latitude and Longitude for just one corner to find your parcel location.
For example: 43.3374042822 -120.4899882743
(the first number is the latitude and the second number is the longitude)
Note the minus sign on this Longitude. Include the minus sign if your number has one. Do not include commas.
2) Enter the Latitude and Longitude into you Maps App
Open your Maps application on your mobile device.
In the Search box, type in the latitude and the longitude (separated each with a space).
Tap the search button and the application will display your lot location on a map.
3) Getting Directions
At this point a new menu should appear allowing you to SAVE the search or get DIRECTIONS or DOWNLOAD your search.
You will want to do all three
– Save – will allow you to recall this search quickly
– Directions – will plot your course and time to your destination on the Map.
– Download – will allow you to continue to use the Map in case data reception gets spotty.
4) Visiting Your Lot
The time and day you choose to visit your parcel is completely up to you.
When you are ready, you can Make An Offer on your parcel.
