To make a purchase deposit on a property, we have a simple step by step process we use.

• What is the deposit for?
  – This is a reserve and showing deposit. It is fully refundable or you may apply it to your purchase down payment.
     (you can find down payment schedules on the FAQ page)
• How much is the deposit
  – $200 for parcels under 40 acres
  – $400 for parcels 40 acres and over
• Receipt of your deposit will reserve the specific property for you for up to 30 days.
• You can reserve up to 3 properties with a single deposit. 
• Calculate the deposit using the largest property selected.
